IETI follows COPE Best Practices and applies a rigorous peer-review process. Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, or other forms of unethical scholarly behavior may result in manuscript rejection or article retraction.
The journal also recognizes principles of responsible scholarly publishing promoted by the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) .
